Maple Hill Manor is a Home for people requiring some type of ongoing nursing care and support in their daily living. We recognize that each of our 50 residents is a unique individual with special wants and needs. Every effort will be made to accommodate your routines, interests, habits, and tastes with quality service care.
Our Philosophy is that we will ensure that each resident will retain their right to quality treatment programs, privacy and most importantly, their right to be treated with dignity and respect.
If you have any concerns or comments regarding any aspect of the care you or your family receive at Maple Hill Manor, feel free to bring it to our attention. You're on-going input helps us to grow and continue to meet your needs on a daily basis.
